Healthy Interiors   •   Nairobi, Kenya

This project proposes a full-service interior design studio to serve the area. The main focus of the project is to create a work environment which focuses on indoor air quality and what can be done to improve circulation and ventilation. This project focuses on bringing those interventions into an existing space and re-purposing it to fit the needs of the growing residential community. As a design studio, this space serves the community and also provides a template for integrating design choices that promote better indoor air quality as well as behaviors that support and encourage better hygiene literacy.

The information and research in this project is supported by peer-reviewed research. All callouts on diagrams (pg. 5 and 6) are supported by research cited on pg. 6.

Programs used: AutoCAD • Rhino • Adobe Illustrator
